If all else fails of course, there is always the marathon. Tracy, my agent, trains each Sunday in her park, and she knows that if we really don't make any money out of the book she is committed to both the London and New York marathons. I have also started tagging along behind my friend Chany who is very marathon-fit. But it would be good not to have to run. So Plan A is to try and get Kylie Minogue to endorse the book somehow, and that plan goes into action later this week. Plan B is to try and involve some accessories and clothing companies - I think the book cover is good enough to reprint on a clutch bag, or a run of bandannas. We'll see. The only thing I rule out completely is anything to do with t-shirts; it makes me apoplectic with rage that t-shirts have become associated with breast cancer when a t-shirt is the very thing that is most impossible to wear post-mastectomy.
